Coated steel pipes are painted on the outer layer of spiral welded steel pipes.
We have two production lines that can do linings and coatings for pipes. Here are some coatings that can be done:
Anticorrosive Coatings: These include anticorrosive coatings such as epoxy resin, polyethylene, and polypropylene, which enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel pipes and prolong their service life.
Fire-resistant Coatings: For specific requirements, fire-resistant coatings can be applied to enhance the fire resistance of the steel pipes.
Epoxy Coating: Epoxy coating is a commonly used anti-corrosion coating with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for use in various environmental conditions. It effectively protects the steel pipe from corrosion by external media.
Polyethylene Coating: Polyethylene coating is a commonly used anti-corrosion coating with good chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance, suitable for underground pipelines and underwater pipelines.
Bitumen Coating: Bitumen coating is an economically practical anti-corrosion coating with good waterproofing and corrosion resistance, suitable for some highly acidic or alkaline environments.
Coal Tar Epoxy Coating: Coal tar epoxy coating combines the advantages of epoxy coating and bitumen coating, offering excellent chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
