Main Process

• First, the cutting machine opens the iron coil, and then the coil material moves forward on the machine in circles. There are edge washers on both sides to wash the edges and run forward.

• The second one is internal welding, and then external welding. There are workers watching the machine and controlling the current.

• The third step is to cut the pipe after the length is 12 meters. Most steel pipes are 12 meters long.
• Finally, through industrial television, X-rays of the steel pipe, ultrasonic chamfering machine and water injection pressure are used to monitor whether there are cracks in the steel pipe, whether the welding is completed and the pressure, so as to determine whether the welded steel pipe is qualified.
